Community Clinic
Located within the Gonzales Public Health Unit, St. Elizabeth Hospital’s Community Clinic provides access to primary care for residents of Ascension Parish who are unable to access other health care clinics because they are uninsured or under-insured.
The community clinic offers acute care such as treatment for illness and preventative care. The clinic is staffed by nurse practitioners in family medicine and overseen by a doctor specializing in family medicine. The Community Clinic accepts patients ages ten years or older.
Patients pay on a sliding-scale based on income. Cash only; no insurance accepted.
Hours of Operation
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Weekends: Closed
